What is a manager?

A manager is someone in your company that has a team of people that reports to them. They're in charge of motivating, growing, and retaining their team. In Lighthouse, managers have accounts to store and organize 1 on 1 discussions, goals, and more for each person reporting to them.

Do you offer a free trial?

Manager accounts can use our 21 day free trial. For Growing Organizations and Enterprise, we can set up a paid pilot before rolling out across your department or company.

Do you offer support?

Yes. All accounts are provided with email based support. For Growing Organizations and Enterprise, additional support and training is provided during onboarding.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export any team member added to Lighthouse in the form of an Excel file at any time. Many managers use this to help them reflect at review time, and HR often uploads them to their system of record when an employee leaves.

Will my data be private?

We take your privacy and data very seriously. We use use SSL, strong encryption methods, and more to protect your information. You can read our full privacy policy here.

We also have hosting in the EU available upon request for those concerned about EU data privacy laws.

What is your cancellation policy?

For manager accounts on monthly plans, you can cancel at any time. If you are a Growing Organization or Enterprise user that has signed a contract or agreement with Get Lighthouse, you will be held to the full term listed on your contract or agreement, regardless of billing frequency.
