There\u2019s also just too much to do. It doesn\u2019t scale.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Taking care of your team means a lot, especially if you\u2019re fighting on their behalf against others not looking out for them.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Krzysztof brought food and drink for their team and advocated for overtime when they had to work over a weekend in the summer.
